COVID-19 Update

At MSI we are learning as we go, too. Here are some updates and notes we thought might be helpful to our customers, vendors and associates.

  • MSI remains operational. Because we are considered an “essential business,” we are able to continue our operations. All of our critical suppliers are still open and are providing the materials we need to operate.
  • Our workforce has not been affected. To our knowledge, none of our employees have shown symptoms of, or been diagnosed with, COVID-19. None of our employees’ family members have been affected by the virus either. Any employees showing symptoms or with a close relative showing symptoms, will be required to stay home for 2 weeks.
  • We are keeping our employees safe. We are systematically cleaning all of our workstations and common areas on a daily basis.
  • We are here to help our customers. Please contact us with any questions or concerns you have considering our operations, your orders with us, or about our efforts to keep our employees safe. We would love to hear from you.
